Baldness or hair loss is associated with number of factors which are associated with the lifestyle options and choices like drinking, smoking, diet etc.

So a balance diet is necessary for the maintainence for healthy hair and it should include optimum quantity of carbohydrate, proteins, fats , minerals and vitamins.
